Accessibility statement

01Our commitment

Mosco Holdings LLC builds Tenvia, which fixes accessibility defects in other people's code. Holding this site to the same standard is the least we can do, and publishing where it falls short is the rest of it.

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA on every page of tenvia.mosco.holdings, which is also the standard EN 301 549 points at for the web.

02Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of it meets the standard and the exceptions are listed below rather than left for you to find.

We do not claim full conformance, because a claim like that ages the moment somebody ships a change. The known gaps section is the honest version, and it is kept current.

03What we did to get here

The measures below are part of how the site is built rather than a pass made over it afterwards:

• A skip link to the main content is the first thing in the tab order on every page.
• Headings run in order and describe the section they open, so a screen reader's heading list is a usable table of contents.
• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus style that is not the browser default washed out to nothing.
• Text meets the 4.5:1 contrast minimum against its background, and large display text meets 3:1.
• Decorative marks and icons are hidden from assistive technology; icons carrying meaning have text with them.
• Animation is driven by CSS transitions that honour the prefers-reduced-motion setting, and nothing moves or auto-advances on its own.
• The page works at 200% zoom and down to a 320px viewport without horizontal scrolling or clipped content.

04How we test

Automated checks run against the site with the same engine Tenvia uses on customer sites — axe-core rules mapped to WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria — so this site sits in the same pipeline as the work we sell.

Automation only catches part of it, so the rest is manual: a full keyboard pass on each page, a screen reader pass with VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows, and a zoom and reflow check.

05Known gaps

These are the issues we are aware of and have not finished. Each is scheduled, not parked:

• The sample scan report renders a dense findings table. It is navigable by keyboard and correctly associated with its headers, but the reading order on a narrow screen is more work than it should be.
• Some report severity information is carried by a coloured band as well as its label. The label is always present, so nothing is colour-only, but the bands themselves are close in luminance.
• Third-party content we embed — the Stripe hosted invoice page — is outside our control. We test that reaching it and returning from it works, and we raise defects with the vendor.

06Compatibility

The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, each paired with the screen reader people actually use on that platform. It requires JavaScript for the scan form and the call modal; the rest of the content, including this page, reads without it.

We do not support Internet Explorer.

07Report a barrier

If something here blocked you, tell us at help@tenvia.mosco.holdings and describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — though a one-line report with none of that is still worth sending.

We acknowledge reports within two business days and give you a fix or a date. If our answer does not resolve it, say so in reply and it goes to someone senior rather than back into the queue.

08Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared by Mosco Holdings LLC on 26 August 2026, based on a self-evaluation combining automated testing with a manual keyboard and screen reader review of every page on this site.

It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
