You get the number before we touch a line of code.
Fixed-scope quotes, not hourly retainers. Every engagement starts with a written scope, a price and a delivery date — and the price does not move once we start.
- No hourly billing
- Audit fee credited back
- Re-test until it passes
Credited toward remediation within 90 days
Find out exactly where you stand, in a report you can act on or hand to someone else.

- Everything in Audit
- Source-code fixes in your repo, CMS or theme
- Re-testing and sign-off on every fix

Monitoring runs continuously, not weekly
One fix at the template level can clear the same violation across every location at once.
What's included
- Franchise groups, multi-location practices and portfolios
- Template-level fixes rolled across every site at once
- Continuous monitoring across all properties, not just weekly
- Early-warning alerts when a shared component regresses
- Scheduled re-scans with a dated conformance report each cycle
- Design system and component library review
- Procurement documentation and VPAT support
- Training for the team that maintains the sites
All prices in USD, exclusive of tax. Remediation is quoted per engagement once the audit is complete — page count, platform and template complexity set the final number.
Three things move the number.
Nothing else does. We quote from the audit, so you see the inputs before you see the price.
Templates, not pages
A 400-page site built from 12 templates is priced as 12 templates. We count the things that have to be fixed once, not the URLs they generate.
Where the code lives
A theme we can edit directly costs less than a locked page builder or a headless stack with a release train. We tell you which one you have on the call.
Interactive complexity
Booking flows, filtered catalogues, carts and custom date pickers take real engineering. Marketing pages rarely do.
Line by line, what you get.
The full scope of each tier, with nothing moved to a footnote.

Add-ons
Priced the same way.
Bolt any of these onto an audit or a remediation engagement. Same fixed-fee rule — the number is agreed before the work starts.
- A1
Priority deliveryCommonly added
+$500Full audit turned around in 24 hours instead of three business days. Usually requested after a demand letter arrives.
- A2
Weekly monitoring
$500 / moA full automated audit of your site every week, with the report in your inbox — and an email the moment something on the site needs fixing.
The audit fee comes back.
Pay $1,500 to find out where you stand. If you proceed to remediation within 90 days, that $1,500 comes off the invoice. The audit is how you decide, not a fee for deciding.
You pay for the audit and get the full report, whether or not you hire us to fix anything.
Remediation is quoted from what the audit found — say fourteen templates and a booking flow.
The $1,500 you already paid comes off the invoice. Total out of pocket: $6,000, agreed up front.
FAQ
The questions buyers actually ask.
Still unsure? Run the free scan first — it answers most of this for your specific site.
No. An overlay is JavaScript that modifies the page in the browser after it loads; your HTML, templates and components are untouched. Courts have not accepted overlays as a defence, 1,416 businesses running one were sued anyway in 2025, and the FTC fined a major vendor $1M in April 2025 over exactly this claim.
