01Who you are contracting with

Tenvia is a product of Mosco Holdings LLC. "We", "us" and "Tenvia" in this document all mean Mosco Holdings LLC, and it is Mosco Holdings LLC that you contract with, invoice from and pay.

These terms apply when you order an audit, commission remediation work, or subscribe to monitoring. Placing an order means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We may update these terms. Work already paid for is governed by the terms in force on the day you ordered it.

02What we provide

An audit is a point-in-time assessment of the website you nominate against WCAG 2.1 AA and, where relevant, EN 301 549. It combines automated testing across your templates, a review of what rule engines cannot judge, and manual verification by an engineer using a keyboard and screen readers.

Remediation is source-code work on the templates, components and content we identified in the audit. Monitoring is a recurring automated re-test of the same site, with alerts when something regresses.

• Scope is fixed in writing before work starts, and the price does not move once agreed.
• Anything discovered later that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done.
• The free scan is automated only and is not an audit.

03Fees and payment

The audit is $1,500, invoiced when you order and payable before work begins. Remediation is quoted from the audit findings. Monitoring is billed monthly and starts once the associated invoice is paid.

Invoices are issued and collected through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any tax that applies to you. If you proceed to remediation within 90 days, the audit fee is credited against that invoice.

Monitoring can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid month. We do not pro-rate part-months.

04What we need from you

We need permission to test the site you nominate, and — for remediation — access to the repository, CMS or theme that produces it. Delays in access move the delivery date by the same amount.

You confirm you own the site or are authorised to commission this work on it. We test only what you nominate.

05Delivery

Audits are delivered in 3 business days from the later of payment and access being granted. Remediation timelines are agreed per engagement and depend on template count, platform and how quickly changes can be reviewed and deployed on your side.

06What we do not warrant

We warrant that the work is performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that your site will pass every possible test, satisfy every assistive technology, or that no claim will ever be brought against you. Accessibility conformance is a moving target and depends on content and code that change after we finish.

Nothing on this site or in our reports is legal advice. Whether you are exposed under the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, or any other law is a question for your lawyer.

Where a site changes after remediation — a theme update, a new template, third-party embeds — conformance can regress. That is what monitoring exists to catch, and it is not covered by the remediation warranty on its own.

07Third-party components

Booking widgets, payment iframes, chat launchers and similar embeds are controlled by their vendors. We will identify problems in them and tell you what to ask the vendor for, but we cannot fix code we do not control.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or the cost of defending a claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Confidentiality

Anything we learn about your codebase, traffic or business in the course of the work stays confidential. We will not name you as a client without your written agreement.

10Cancellation

You can cancel an audit for a full refund any time before we begin testing. Once testing has started the fee is non-refundable, because the work is substantially complete on delivery. Remediation engagements can be cancelled with notice; you pay for work completed to that point.
